Caesar

Ingredients

• 2 Ounces - Vodka
• 3/4 Cup - Clamato Juice
• 2 Dashes - Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Dash - Tabasco
• 1/2 Tsp - Horseradish
• 1 Stalk - Celery
• 1 Wedge - Lime
• Celery Salt
• Ice

Directions

1. Add all ingredients (minus any garnishes) into a shaker with ice
2. Stir for 30-45 seconds
3. Rub rim of glass with lime wedge and dip into celery salt
4. Fill the prepared glass with ice and strain mixture into the glass
5. Garnish with celery and any other optional garnishes (e.g. Bacon, Pickled Asparagus, Pickled Beans, etc..)
