Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4-6 Cloves - Garlic finely grated/minced
  • 1 Cup - Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup - Parmesan/Romano cheese grated
  • 1 Tsp - Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Set the pan over medium heat and melt butter
  2. Toss minced garlic into the pan and cook gently for about 1 min. until fragrant
  3. Pour heavy cream into the pan and bring to a gentle simmer
  4. Add the lemon juice, grated cheese and salt/pepper. Bring to a simmer until the sauce easily coats the back of the spoon
  5. Add in pasta, toss and serve
