Old Fashioned

Equipment

• Stainless steel cocktail mixing glass
• Stainless steel cocktail mixing spoon
• Stainless steel Jigger (1oz)

Ingredients

• 1 Tsp - Sugar syrup (Monin)
• 2-3 Dashes - Angostura bitters
• 1 Dash - Orange bitters
• 2 oz - Rye Whiskey (High west double rye)
• 1 - Maraschino cherry (Luxardo, Amarena Toschi)

Directions

1. Add all ingredients into cocktail mixing glass with ice
2. Stir ingredients thoroughly
3. Add large ice cube to serving glass
4. Pour mix over top of the ice, garnish with maraschino cherry on toothpick/straw and orange peel then serve
